Just a few pictures from Bridgetown. We weren't able to get any pictures of the event, but here is some of the colour from the event.
An incredibly peaceful scene on the river on Saturday night, mere hours before the tranquility will be shattered as 215 triathletes take to the river.
After the race; cupcakes. no, not the KOS race, the adult race. Now we're talking.
Finally, Bridgetown really makes the triathlon feel welcome and at home. Here are just some of the signs we saw just driving in off the highway
Thanks to RD Mike Parker and his team and the whole town of Bridgetown for a wonderful event and making us all feel at home this weekend.

I look forward to being competent enough in the water to join in all the fun next season.
ReplyDeleteYes, Ian is finally going to take the plunge! Pun intended! Tehe!
ReplyDeleteI'll take my first plunge in a couple of weeks in Wolfville because it is in a pool and I can take a break if needed. Though the Duathlon will still be my first love.
